Kami Kent-West has a unique background as both grant writer and grant maker. Passionate about using her skills in writing complex grant requests to serve others, Kami first found her love for nonprofit work as an intern with the Georgia Grantmakers Alliance. Kami received her BA in Professional and Public Writing from Auburn University and her MS in Agricultural and Environmental Communications with an emphasis on grant writing from the University of Georgia. She then served as a director with a community foundation, handling their communications, project management, and strategic planning. Outside work, she is an avid pickleball player and loves to try new foods.
