Aliess joined the Granted Fundraising team in 2019 and continues to help nonprofits of all sizes exceed program objectives and outcomes, and grow capacity. She has used her writing, editing, research, and interpersonal skills to support the work of art houses, educational institutions, and direct service providers. Aliess became a Master Gardener through Washington State University in 2022 and joined the Board of Directors for the Master Gardener Foundation of Clark County in 2025. When not fundraising, you can find Aliess giving her passport a workout, reading at least 80 books in 2025, and probably pausing her run to pet a dog.
